This is a website to a store that is located within twenty-four states. The store sells a variety of different things such as shoes, clothes, purses, and more. This website however does not have any of these items like a normal store website should. It basically talks about the stores history. The links on this particular page are About Us, Store Locator, Opportunities, Real Estate Stores, and Inventor Realtor. These links are all beneficial but more from someone who is looking to maybe purchase the store rather than shop there.
Strengths
This store is a good store with name brand items. The website is very much needed so it can show case to the rest of the world what this store has to offer. The website does however provide a way for their customer to locate the store and to contact a sale representative. I have learned from this class that it is very important to have a photo on the website to encourage people to look at the website itself. This website has a photo that is very eye catching but the shopping on this particular website is not available. My overall opinion on this particular website is that it can be made more productive with some changes. It can be fixed by taking a simple approach and just organize the items on a web page so your customer do not have to come into the store but can shop online as well. It is important for them to know the great prices are not only for when they come into the store but online to.
Weaknesses
This site does not show as a regular store website would. This problem can easily be fixed by creating a website where customers can shop as I mentioned above. When the item are added to the website you want to make sure organized them into different categories by the items in the store such as clothes, shoes, purses books, and ect. Then you would need to create a different link to each category for men, women, kids, and juniors. Sometime it can be very helpful to put the pricing on the left side of the website page so that the customer can shop accordingly to price. Most of the popular website also has it where you can shop accordingly to what type of brand you are looking for. Since this store sells a variety of different brands it would make it easier for customers and could contribute to more customers. As a customer myself I can appreciate how many store has a special link for sale items. The store has a lot of great discounted items ,but the fact that they do not have a web page it takes away some of the store profit because many people today like to shop from home. It is easier and faster and it saves them more money. A website is a way that stores can get more profit and this would receive a healthier reward. There are many people with limited abilities that cannot travel website are their only hope to shopping most of the time. Online website sometimes offer things at a better discounted price than store normally would that is another reason people prefer to look online.
The store has the potential to create things that the customers desire. So if there website presented the store itself and what it has to offer I feel certain to say the amount of sells will increase tremendously. If the website is fixed like all the other department stores where people could shop then everyone would be happy even the store owners. I take pride in shopping at this store for a variety of reasons I am sure that other teens and adult would as well. This store is relatively cheaper than most department stores but has the same high quality name brand items which include shoes, clothes, and purses.

This website was my least favorite of two simple because of the layout. The first open page of this website talked about the history of the college more to me than what this program had to offer. I would have thought the first page would have been more persuading people to join their college. The website did not have any students huddling in a group making conversation. 1. The purpose of this is to encourage college student or future students to major in Paralegal Studies.
2. This is a rewarding major and I just hope to increase the number of students. This major also provides the student with a lot of the same task that are going to be required for the practice of law.
3. I think when student hear about what this major has to offer the number will increase dramatically. The disagree is also good in preparing student for law school as well.
4. The outcome of my desired reader provides me with uncertainty because this program at the University of Southern Miss. does not have that many students , however; the number has increased with in my last semester and it is growing in the number of student it has.

This website was my least favorite of two simple because of the layout. The first open page of this website talked about the history of the college more to me than what this program had to offer. I would have thought the first page would have been more persuading people to join their college. The website did not have any students huddling in a group making conversation. The web page to me was plain.
Overall purpose
1. The purpose of this is to encourage college student or future students to major in Paralegal Studies.
2. This is a rewarding major and I just hope to increase the number of students. This major also provides the student with a lot of the same task that are going to be required for the practice of law.
3. I think when student hear about what this major has to offer the number will increase dramatically. The disagree is also good in preparing student for law school as well.
4. The outcome of my desired reader provides me with uncertainty because this program at the University of Southern Miss. does not have that many students , however; the number has increased with in my last semester and it is growing in the number of student it has.

Blog Assignment 2
“Distancing the Homeless” by Johnathan Kozal was a very interesting research paper. It can be found in the novel for this course. I have never given any thoughts to why people are homeless. This particular paper is designed to help people to notice the obvious. It gives a reason why people are homeless and ways to prevent it. It also talks about the percentage of people living in low-income houses. It covers the government decreases in money over the years for funding for these houses. The writer uses details to support the way he feels about how homeless people are being ignored. He cites cases from different states that support his argument. The writer feels that instead of the people becoming homeless the government should provide them with a special institution for the mentally ill. In my opinion the author wants us to know as his readers his view on the situation with the homeless people. The author is trying to persuade his readers to help the homeless. The author provides us with factual information about the percent of the mental illness with no place to go. It is obvious people like that need help, but they are not getting any. It may seem to the homeless that there is nowhere else to turn.
This student was working on a research paper for a class assignment. The issues that are discussed in this paper, however; could be for someone who is helps with nonprofit organizations. This particular paper could be directed toward anyone who is willing to help the homeless feel like they are part in today society and can get the help they need to survive. In the paper I felt like the writer was trying to ask a question and that is, “How can the mentally ill homeless patients do anything rather than to be homeless with a government system that ignores them?” The writer uses his research and factual information about the government to persuade everyone to think helping the mentally challenged homeless people is the right thing to do. Some more important factors would be the tone of the writer within this essay.
The tone that is portrayed throughout the paper demonstrates a very serious tone. The writer is not stating general information about the topic. Even though he could because everywhere in the world there is homeless people with nowhere to go or nothing to eat. Based on the paper itself I think it is safe to conclude that this person cares about people regardless of their status. It is like he is using his knowledge to speak for homeless people that think their words does not matter. He was also speaking for those who could not speak for themselves. After having discussed the importance of the author work I will began to discuss my opinion on ways to improve the assignment.

Blog Assignment 1
My name is Shardae Foley. I am from Hickory, Mississippi. I graduated from Newton County High School. I also attended East Central Community College in Decatur, MS. I graduated with an Associate Degree in Arts. My major at the University of Southern Mississippi is Paralegal Studies with a minor in Latin. After I graduate from USM I hope to work as a paralegal in a lawyer's office.
My favorite hobby is writing poetry. When I was young writing poetry helped me express my feelings. I am a disabled person I have cerebral palsy and there was a lot of things I did not understand as a child. It provided a way for me to began to expect the things I can not change. The poetry writings I did and being able to go to college played a major role in helping me to except my condition. It changed my life because I had begun to worry less about what people said and focus on my studies. I begun to realize that I was not any different from the other people I could do anything if I had the determination. Throughout my school years I have maintained an overall average of 3.0 G.P.A and higher.
The reason I say my poetry inspires me is because I would write about my pain, problems, and accomplishments I have made so far. This helped to me start to care more about my life. It was my poetry that I used to show my problems but also my accomplishments. I have learned to take the negative things people say and put it into a poem but with a positive ending. It shows that I have no regrets in the decisions I made.
